Print Shop

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell original paintings here?

No—this shop is only for prints of my original paintings. Originals are not for sale here.

How are the prints made?

Every print is made to order. Nothing sits in storage—your print is crafted fresh when you buy it. That’s why it usually takes about 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.

How do I pay?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I accept all major credit and debit cards (and Stripe’s supported methods like Apple Pay).

How will my order be packaged?

Prints are carefully packaged to arrive safely:
• Paper prints are shipped in sturdy tubes or flat mailers (depending on size).
• Canvas prints are boxed in protective packaging and arrive ready to hang.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Because prints are custom-made just for you, orders are final once placed.
• If I make a mistake, I’ll fix it.
• If your order is damaged during shipping, contact me within 10 days (with photos of the packaging) and I’ll help resolve it.
• I can’t refund or replace prints damaged after delivery (for example, by mishandling).

Do prices include tax?

Yes, all prices already include sales tax.

Do I own the copyright to the artwork I buy?

No—when you buy a print, you’re buying the physical artwork only. The copyright stays with me, the artist. Prints are for personal enjoyment only, not for resale, reproduction, or AI use.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at the moment—I don’t offer gift wrapping or personalized notes, but it’s something I’d love to introduce in the future.

How should I care for my print?

Prints are delicate, much like original paintings.
• Please avoid touching the surface directly.
• Paper prints should be professionally framed for best results.
• Canvas prints arrive ready to hang, but choose the location carefully (avoid damp or direct sunlight).

How is shipping handled?

Prints are shipped directly to you using trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
• I don’t send tracking numbers automatically, but if you’d like an update, just reach out and I’ll follow up for you.

What if something goes wrong?

Please contact me right away. This is a small, personal shop—when you write, you’re talking directly to me (John), not a customer service department. I’ll always do my best to help.
